Privacy notice

This notice covers the public website at procezly.com. Workspaces used by our customers are governed by each customer's own agreement and policies.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we store the name, email, company, role and message you send, plus the time it was sent. If you use "Find your workspace", we use the domain of the email you enter to look up your organization; we don't store that email.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to help you reach your workspace. We don't sell personal information, and this site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sign-in

Signing in is handled by your organization's identity provider through our access gateway. Procezly receives your name and work email to decide which business units you can open.

Retention and your choices

Contact messages are kept while we're in touch and deleted when no longer needed. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you using the contact page.
